HOLY WOMBAN is a foundation.

An all encompassing protocol, devoted to aiding your remembrance of the feminine cycle, the power of breath and the voice as medicine.

This 8 week, live (ZOOM) immersion is rooted in the practical application of ancient alchemical practices and taught through the lens of science backed, modern understanding.

Simply put, this isn’t just a transfer of knowledge, but more so a leading you INTO the experience of being able to access the wisdom and medicine of your womb, your breath and your voice.

The Energetic – A deeper look into the womb/heart/throat hormone energy channel and its influence on women and their ability to create, heal, connect, mother and thrive when its unobstructed by conditioning and ancestral trauma.
The Physical – The Physiology, biology and neurobiology of your inner seasons, as well as cyclic nutrition made easy. Plus understanding how your symptoms of disease are merely messages from your body and how to interpret them without panic or fear.
Sound healing without a sound bowl in sight. Your voice is the true alchemist! You will learn about the vowels as the building blocks of the universe and their medicinal counterparts vocables, toning, chant and how to bring all these sounds to the surface.
The DJED BREATH. An ancient breathwork practice handed down from The Order of Magdalena design to direct energy to activate the womb and use this sexual/creative energy correctly for creation and manifestation.
Experience Somatica Breathwork – a sound specific breathwork style guided with specific frequencies designed to release trauma, recalibrate the nervous system and restore balance to the body.
AND SPECIAL GUEST SESSION – The conjunction of masculine and feminine energetics with Pohala Fern Medicine founder and my dear friend Ke’oni Hanalei.
You will also receive additional resources to support living within our cycles and practices for nervous system regulation..

I couldn’t be more thrilled to be working in this space again.

Feminine Cycle work is my first love but after almost 10 years this next round of cycle medicine comes with all the missing pieces of my previous offerings, firmly in their rightful home.

You see, we can’t talk about our blood cycle and its importance to our daily lives without also talking about the breath, about releasing ancestral trauma and the throat/heart/womb energy (hormone) centres. These 3 energy centres work in a connected figure 8. If one is unbalanced, it will affect the flow of the others. This can manifest in the physical body in various ways in women, for example, an underfunctioning thyroid will reduce hormone detoxification and result in heavy periods. You see? All connected.

Womb work has never been more popular, with the ancient wisdom finally returning and teaching us that not only is there a great deal of unprocessed emotions stored in this area, but that living in Cycle Attunement brings greater balance to our physical, spiritual and emotional selves.

However, it is my belief without including the throat and heart to this equation we’re missing pieces of the puzzle. And to attune to these two very important energy centres, we require a practice, a physical embodiment of what it means to truly speak, sing or hum our truth and be able to access the frequency of our own hearts to qualify our healings and deepest creations, whether that’s babies or books, business’s or baking. Its ALL determined by this energy channel.

Please note that session 1 – 6 will be recorded and available for replay, however, session 7 and 8 will need to be attended live (Online). These session will not be recorded, a replay will not be available and these dates will be the only opportunity to go through these practices with me.

Last year my husband & I had the honour to be part of the 4 day retreat & it was honestly the most heart expanding weekend of my life. Lexy created such a nurturing & safe space for us to go inward & beyond & was always there to hold our hand when the journey within got hard. Lexy is a master of vocal alchemy & her unique ability to work with frequency in the purest form has enabled me to not only find my authentic voice but to use it from a place of empowered love. As a woman, connecting with my voice feels like I have been gifted the greatest power in the world & I feel so honoured to share this power with the world.

I began working with Lexy 14 months ago to heal Multiple Sclerosis. We implemented two major changes - Frequency Specific Breathwork Therapy and my nutrition. But the biggest shift came at RESTORE RETREAT where I released a major trauma that I had been holding onto for my entire life. Truthfully I didn’t want to touch it, but as it finally moved through my body I had the most visceral and powerful experience I’ve ever had. I continued post retreat with her and six months later I have now just been declared to be in full remission. Restore was just that for me….restorative. It helped me move through things I had suppresed and ignored for years. By doing this work I feel like I have been able to be my best self on so many levels. I no longer suffer from debilitating anxiety and with my MS in remission I no long have issues with daily symptoms.

I've had at least 12 psychologists, one psychiatrist, reiki, homeopathy and a partridge in a pear tree, but im still starry eyed about what you're bringing to the table in the effect that it offers my own personal healing opportunity for rapid, I repeat RAPID (yes, its scary sometimes) change.

This was my first ever retreat experience and it was a special one. Hosted at the perfect location near the ocean! I believe that everyone is their own healer but every now and then you cross paths in life with people who speed up your healing journey in a way you couldn’t have done by yourself. Lexy is the human I count myself lucky to have come across, I can’t put this magic into words. The words ‘just breathe‘ are the simplest yet most profound words that never leave my mind anymore. After years of imagining the person I’d like to be, I became that person and even more. I couldn’t have dreamt it up and it happened in lighting speed. If you grew up in an environment like me, where you never speak or feel emotions, do yourself a favour and have a breathe or 100 with Lexy, she has the best, safest, most magical way to let your body feel the feels.
